FAQ: Kitchen & Bath
Who composes your team?
In my years in business, most Clients have come to me without having previously interviewed or hired a contractor. For this reason, I bring in my vetted team to support each Client throughout their design / construction journey. This can be an Architect, Contractor, Kitchen Designer, Electrician, Painter, Flooring, Wallpaper Installer, etc that each serves a different purpose to meet all of your project needs. They have all been vetted, have the proper licensure or certification, have worked with me on a number of projects before, and offer a high-quality finish. Based on the design, I'll make recommendations of who we'll need and will ask you to interview them to be sure the personalities align.
What is the difference between the Kitchen and Bath packages?
The Just The Finishes is a curated shopping list that includes just the finishes, such as countertops, backsplash, light fixtures, plumbing, etc. There is no product procurement or project management with this service.
The Designer Upgrade service is offered to clients who DO NOT have a layout change but want to upgrade their existing finishes. Project management is included.
On the other hand, the All Inclusive service includes an all-new layout, finishes, etc, and is a full-service design including product procurement and project management.
I don’t know which service suits my needs. How can you help?
Every project begins with two things (1) An Initial Design Call and (2) an on-site Consultation. Once I'm able to assess your current situation, layouts, family situation, lifestyle, and needs moving forward, I'll be able to make a recommendation on which service I believe is best for you. We'll discuss what a new layout might look like, why I believe that's in your best interest and the problems this particular service can resolve for you.
