How do I get the PDF?
Upon completion of your purchase, you'll be automatically redirected back to this website. A page will appear with a link for you to instantly download the design. Please save this PDF to your computer. You'll be able to download this PDF two times within 30 days or the link will expire.
How long do I have access to the PDF?
The PDF is yours to keep forever once you've downloaded it! All the links will remain active.
Can I customize the design?
Absolutely! Customization add-ons are available on each product page prior to checking out. They include: (1) requesting a coordinating room, (2) customizing the design according to your room dimensions via a furniture layout, and (3) revising some accessories that compose the design. If you've already purchased your design and would like to add on after, please contact me to accommodate your request.
What if I don’t like the color palette?
As part of the Rooms To Go add on you can purchase an Accessory Swap Out. In this, you can replace up to 10 accessories. Furniture not included. To request this after purchase, please contact me for additional assistance.
Can you create a coordinating room for me?
Sure! Requesting a coordinating room is actually one of the package add ons available. You get to pick the room of your choice. If you would like to purchase after you've already paid for your design, please contact me for additional assistance.
What is the cost of requesting a custom design?
A custom Rooms To Go design is $1,295. Again, Custom Designs are for you if you are requesting a specific design and color palette that is not already available on Rooms To Go. You can view more information here.
What is the process for a custom design?
Do I get a revision on a custom design?
Custom designs follow a similar format of Designs in a Week and include one revision.
What if I need additional assistance?
What happens if a product is out of stock?
Unfortunately products are subject to vendor availability. If the item is on backorder, I recommend waiting until it's back in stock. Additionally, you can shop for a similar product as a replacement. The detailed product information can be used as a guide. What is your refund and return policy?
Due to the digital nature of this product, there are no cancellations, refunds, returns or exchanges. If you've had a problem downloading your design or issues accessing the information, please fill out this form Report A Problem.
